as a medic I've dealt with alot of stuff like this. for the most part when they are at this point they've made a decision and are sticking to it. its hard to get through to someone when they've gotten so far into the pychosis. need to help them earlier on before they get to this point, but they have to relize they have a problem and want the help

No government has the guts to step up and say, "Sorry if you don't like it, but we are going to start removing, and by removing we mean erasing, individuals from society who are incapable of existing without being a danger to others."
